To build a tunnel make a template of the size tunnel you want. I slide a piece of paper such as newspaper under the track and mark it out. Cut out your template and recheck its size. Transfer the pattern to a piece of the leftover foam and cut it out. You will need to make at least 3 identical foam cutouts to stack up for the proper height.
